Products & Clients
LO&G non-exclusive products are essentially reports offered to the oil industry. They are studies aimed at evaluating open acreage. Mostly, the open acreage evaluated is available through Exploration License Rounds.
The evaluation reports are focused on the
- Assessment of the regional geology and the resulting Hydrocarbon Systems and Plays
- Evaluation of prospects, i.e. of the related hydrocarbon potential and risks, and of scope economics where appropriate
The LO&G reports comprehensively inventorize all aspects of the energy scenarios of those countries which offer the opportunities evaluated. This, together with the fact that emphasis is put on the assessment of the countries' hydrocarbon potential, allows buyers to employ the reports as country reports, i.e. not only for the analysis of blocks on offer at a particular time.
In their studies, LO&G integrate local knowledge, upon cooperation with local experts, thus ensuring that up to date knowledge and data bases are being employed. Likewise, the LO&G cooperation with major contractors provides reliable data bases.
